Designed in Germany and distributed through our office in Sydney, this amazing device is set to give first responders an amazing new tool to help save lives. 
We are pleased to introduce you to FReD – a new and exciting innovation for water-rescue. There are four versions available;
 
FReD-S (Standard version, one hand operation, up to 7 knots.)
FReD-Plus (Plus version, two hand operation, up to 7 knots, video camera and one way voice control to swimmer.)
FReD-S-HS (Standard version with upgraded battery, up to 13 knots.)
FReD-Plus-HS (Plus version with upgraded battery, two hand operation, up to 13 knots, video camera and one way voice control to swimmer.)
 
*NEW FEATURE*
Now available on the high speed versions, on-board control! Which means the FReD can now be driven remotely OR by a rescuer on board. This allows the FReD to rescue both conscious AND unconscious patients! This additional feature will add $2990 plus GST to the price of any High Speed FReD.
 
Sometimes, rescuers need a fast deployment to ensure the best possible outcome for someone in peril in the water. Our unmanned surface vessel, FReD is the ideal solution when the person awaiting rescue is too far for a throw-line and needs swift assistance (without the delay of launching a crew in an IRB or similar). FReD is a remote-control operated life buoy that can be used in a wide range of conditions including swift-moving water and waves up to 3m, even launched 20m from a helicopter!
 
 With an industry-leading range of up to 1,000m and a speed of up to 13 knots unloaded, you can quickly and safely reach a person in the water without risking a rescue swimmer.
